Powder Coating

Rock Run Industries does all our own powder coating. We have 2 automated lines, 1 for steel and 1 for aluminum. The “steel” line has a 3-stage wash system, 24 automated guns, and a 42" x 100" x 144" part window capacity. The “aluminum” line has a 5-stage wash system, 30 automated guns, and a 24" x 72" x 84" part window capacity.

We also have a batch system for larger items. We can powder coat a 10' x 10' x 47' long part.
