Press Brakes

Rock Run Industries has 12 high-precision CNC press brakes. We are capable of bending a 144" piece and 250-ton capacity with 6-axis machines.

Panel Bender

We also have a BCe Smart 2220 by Prima Power. This panel bender is wildly efficient and consistent in high volume runs of parts with a lot of small, difficult bends. All our operator needs to do is load the part as a flat pattern, and unload as a fully formed piece ready for welding, or even powder coat. We can bend 88" long with an 11 ga. capacity.

Turret Punch

Rock Run utilizes 2 E6x 13 38 punches from Prima Power. We can do pooching, embossing, and lance/form operations. These efficient punches have 30 stations with extremely quick tool changes for a variety of forming on the same part. The turret punches are servo-driven and have a 26-ton rating.
