Automated Panel Bender
When our clients require high-volume production of complex parts with multiple small bends, we utilize the automated precision of the BCe Smart 2220 Panel Bender by Prima Power. Capable of achieving precision results in metals up to 11 gauge in thickness and 88 inches long, our advanced panel bender technology ensures precision results across high-volume manufacturing requirements for complex components.
Rapid Tool-Change Turret Punch
Our precision sheet metal fabrication capabilities include the powerful E6X turret punches by Prima Power capable of meeting exact specifications. These cutting-edge servo-driven machines feature a 26-ton rating, and 30 stations with rapid tool change capabilities, reducing production time and ensuring absolute precision across high-volume production requirements. Our turret punch operators are particularly skilled in pooching, embossing, and lance/form operations.
