Where We Started:
Rock Run Industries LLC started in a modest 2.5-car garage in 2001. A short time later, in 2007, Rock Run grew from a hobby shop to an enterprise with 5 full-time employees. Over the years, we have continued to grow, expanding our capabilities, facilities, and skilled workforce.
Rock Run processed over 40 million pounds of material in 2022, most of it being steel, although we are always expanding our aluminum fabrication. By the end of 2022 we became one of the area’s most trusted contract fabricators, with a team of highly dedicated and committed employees that grew to include over 130 skilled workers and growing.

Rock Run has excelled as one of the area's leading contract fabricators by combining state-of-the-art equipment with a highly skilled workforce. Rock Run is based in Millersburg, Indiana, which gives us an advantage to ship competitively anywhere in the US. We boast a very high employee retention rate that is unmatched in the industry. Their commitment to providing the highest level of customer service is only matched by their hard work and dedication.
These individuals are the reason Rock Run Industries and, by extension, our customers have flourished over the years. They know they can count on us to provide consistent, high-quality OEM parts delivered with the honesty and integrity they have come to expect from Rock Run. Our area is home to a large number of hard-working, blue-collar workers ready to be employed, allowing us to grow to meet the changing needs of our customers.
We currently have 300,000 square feet of manufacturing space, with an additional 185,000 square feet available for further expansion. Our sprawling facility houses some of the industry’s most advanced manufacturing equipment, from state-of-the-art laser cutting to comprehensive powder coating capabilities and advanced robotic welding, all capable of rapidly producing precision results for our customers.

Our goal is to continue providing a small shop atmosphere with big shop capabilities to forge mutually beneficial relationships with our OEM customers.
